G-20 Organisation

The Group of 20, also called the G-20, is a group of finance ministers and central bank governors from 19 of the world's largest economies, including those of many developing nations, along with the European Union. Formed in 1999, the G-20 promotes global economic growth, international trade, and regulation of financial markets.

Membership:19 Countries + 1 European Union
  • ·         An international forum for the government and central bank governors to discuss international finance stability and promotion of such policies
  • ·         Heads of states Summits were commenced form 2008
  • ·         Current Chairman:      King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud
  • ·         Summits 2016 (Hangzhou, China) 2017 (Homburg, German) 2018 (Argentina, Buenos Aires) 2019 (Osaka, Japan)
  • ·         14th Summit Recently Summit being held in Japan on 28-29 June. This is 14th Summit 2020 was held in international exhibition Center in Osaka

  • ·         2022 (New Delhi, India)
  • ·         Member States (Argentina, Brazil) (USA, Canada, Mexico) (France, Germany, UK, Italy European Union, Russia, Turkey)

The only Organization without Headquarters.
