South Asian Association for Regional Corporation - SAARC

Purpose Economics and regional Integration SAARC was funded in Dhaka and its secretariat was established and inaugurated on 16-January, 1987 by King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah of Nepal. 19^th Summit was to take place I Pakistan on 09-10 Nov 2016 but was cancelled. Afghanistan became member of SAARC on 03-april-2007 during annual summit in New Delhi 14^th summit.
